Secondly, the prices could be a bit clearer on their website. I mean, I get that prices vary depending on the time of year and the car you want, but a bit more transparency wouldn't go amiss.

Would I Recommend Enterprise?

In a heartbeat. Despite the minor niggles, my experience with Enterprise Car & Van Hire Hemel Hempstead was a breath of fresh air. They provided me with a reliable car, a smooth hiring process, and a friendly team. If you find yourself in a similar situation to me - stuck in Hemel Hempstead with a car that's seen better days - then I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.
