The Plough Inn & Fun Farm Lebberston Menu
So, there I was, driving through the winding roads of Lebberston, Yorkshire, with my trusty satnav taking me on a merry dance. I'd heard whispers of a place that served up hearty food and had a fun farm to boot. I was craving a Sunday roast like my grandma used to make, and I wasn't leaving until I found it.
And then, like a beacon of hope, I spotted it - The Plough Inn & Fun Farm. It was like the satnav had finally decided to play nice. I pulled into the car park, my stomach rumbling in anticipation.
First Impressions
Now, I've been to my fair share of pubs and farms, but this place was something else. It was like they'd taken the best bits of a traditional Yorkshire pub and a fun-packed farm and smooshed them together. The building was all warm stone and twinkling lights, promising a cosy welcome inside.

I stepped in, and the smell - oh, the smell! It was a symphony of roast meat, freshly baked bread, and something sweet and sticky that made my taste buds sit up and take notice. I was sold before I'd even seen the menu.
The Menu: A Feast for the Eyes (and the Belly)
I grabbed a seat by the window, looking out over the farm. The menu was as big as a road map, and just as tempting. I could've spent all day deciding, but my stomach had other plans. It was grumbling like a thunderstorm, so I decided to go with the classics.
Starters: The Warm-Ups
First up, I went for the Homemade Soup of the Day. It was a rich, hearty affair, with chunks of veg so fresh they could've been picked that morning. It was like a hug in a bowl, and just what I needed to warm up my insides.
My mate, on the other hand, went for the Pigs in Blankets. I mean, who can resist a bit of sausage wrapped in bacon? Not us, that's for sure. They were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and just the right amount of naughty.
Mains: The Showstoppers
Now, I'd heard the Sunday roast here was something special, and I wasn't disappointed. The Roast Beef was cooked to perfection - pink in the middle, crispy on the outside, and drowning in a pool of rich gravy. The Yorkshire pudding was the size of my head, and the veg was crisp and full of flavour. It was like a party in my mouth, and everyone was invited.
My mate, being the adventurous type, went for the Fish and Chips. I mean, it's not exactly groundbreaking, but when it's done right, there's nothing better. And this was done right. The fish was flaky and fresh, the batter was crispy, and the chips were chunky and golden. It was like a seaside holiday in a plate.

Desserts: The Sweet Ending
I was feeling pretty full at this point, but there's always room for dessert, right? I went for the Sticky Toffee Pudding. It was like a little slice of heaven on a plate. The sponge was moist and sweet, the toffee sauce was rich and gooey, and the ice cream was creamy and cold. It was the perfect end to a perfect meal.
My mate, being the sensible one (yeah, right), went for the Cheese Board. I mean, who needs a main course when you can have a whole plate of cheese? There were four different types, all served with crackers and chutney. It was like a cheese lover's dream come true.
And Then There Was the Farm...
But the fun didn't stop at the food. Oh no, The Plough Inn & Fun Farm had other plans. After we'd rolled ourselves out of the pub, we wandered over to the farm. There were animals to meet, a maze to get lost in, and even a bouncy castle. I felt like a big kid again.
We spent the afternoon exploring, laughing, and generally having a great time. It was the perfect way to round off a perfect day.
So, Would I Go Back?
You bet your boots I would. The Plough Inn & Fun Farm is more than just a pub and a farm - it's an experience. It's a place where you can stuff your face with amazing food, let your inner child run wild, and make some amazing memories. What's not to love?
So, if you're ever in the area, do yourself a favour and check it out. Just make sure you leave room for dessert.
